Diego J. Matus was born in Mobile, AL, and raised in Baton Rouge, LA, where he double-majored in Political Science and French from Louisiana State University. Mr. Matus received his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2024. As an associate attorney at the firm, he focuses his practice on Immigration and Personal Injury.
As the son of an immigrant, Mr. Matus brings a personal understanding and dedication to serving clients in immigration matters. His ability to connect with clients and attentive listening skills make him particularly effective in advocating for their needs. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Mr. Matus is well-equipped to serve our diverse client base.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Matus enjoys playing soccer and listening to Spanish music. He welcomes challenges both in and outside of the office, bringing this same determination to his representation of clients.
