Alejandra was born in Yucatán, Mexico, and in 2013, she moved to Sulphur, Louisiana, with her family and has been living there ever since. Alejandra graduated from Louisiana State University with honors as a first-generation student in the U.S. in December 2023, earning a degree in Political Science. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and can speak some French. In her free time, Alejandra enjoys trying new foods, baking, exercising, spending time with her loved ones, and traveling, especially to Yucatán. As an immigrant, Alejandra is passionate about the immigration system. She understands the struggles many face and is happy to be able to work at a firm that recognizes that.
